Doris has earned the nickname, “Change Agent, for the thoughtful courage, energy and tenacity she brings to projects.” Her leadership skills demonstrate a strong track record of performance in high paced organizations. She utilizes keen analysis, insights, superior interpersonal skills and a team approach to facilitate partnerships and drive implementation of strategies and processes—positioning clients to win. She is adept at working in political, business and multicultural community environments.

Doris has participated in major corporate and government contract negotiations and international labor union training, directed a 500-plus member business organization, co-lead a team publishing an international lifestyle publication, lead the marketing and sales team for a major IT company, managed marketing and public relations for the largest U.S. Department of Commerce minority business development program, partnered with legal experts conducting a third party review of major U.S. auto manufacturing companies and their practices with minority dealerships. She is known for her work in political strategy and community organizing.

Doris hosts the fast growing local talk radio program, The Doris Davenport Show “All Local All The Time” on WPNA 1490AM and heard globally on the world wide web. She is also a visiting guest host on The Ben Joravsky Show.

Doris earned a master’s degree in Theological Studies from McCormick Theological Seminary with work toward an MDIV at Moody Theological Seminary. President William Jefferson Clinton and Vice President Al Gore honored Doris Davenport for her work in small business development when she represented the State of Illinois at the White House Conference for Small Business, an honor she earned in a statewide election process.
